To book your wedding day, first you must pay a $350.00 deposit. Your deposit is nonrefundable. Half of your package price is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. The remaining amount is due after your ceremony video has been approved. I will begin editing your reception video and photos after you have approved your ceremony video, and I have been paid in full.

 

RAW PACKAGE - I must be paid in full 2 weeks before your wedding date.

I can not control the weather or traffic. I have the right to cancel if the weather is unsafe for travel, or if my equipment can be damaged. If there is a traffic jam or car accident and I am unable to make it to your wedding, you do not owe Red's Creations the remaining balance of your video package. However, your deposit is nonrefundable. I will return anything extra that had been paid.

I do require two meals, for myself and my 2nd camera operator. I prefer to eat during the same time the bridal party eats. If I am forced to eat later or in another location, then I might miss important moments to capture.

I have the right to use any photo or video footage to promote my business.

​

If the location is more than 80 miles away or more than 1 1/2 hours driving, there will be a Travel Fee of $50.00, for every additional 30 miles.
